This property was our first viewing, and we instantly decided to go for it. Though there were some hiccups along the way on our side, the agency was very patient and helped everything get sorted. Even after moving in, Cerys has always replied to our emails very quickly and made sure to answer any query in full or appropriately signpost us, making the move so much less stressful - thank you!!

GoogleI’ve been living in an Andrew Louis managed block for 5 years now and I’ve been really pleased with their service. Communication in particular is excellent, prompt to respond and they follow up on any issues to ensure they’re resolved. Special mention of Gemma, who is very professional, and Abbey, who has been great dealing with a recent repair required at my property. Keep up the good work guys.

GoogleAs part of the Residents Association committee for our flats, I've been working with Ed Wallace. He is very approachable and takes our concerns seriously. Now that the pandemic is over he has been happy to meet with us on site and has taken action on a number of pressing issues, with others in the pipeline. It's great to have someone who will work with us and who appreciates that the block is our home. Thank you Ed!

GoogleI am always happy to introduce Andrew Louis to clients as they are responsive, efficient and cost effective. I find their team knowledgeable and experienced and their focus is always their clients and providing the best service possible. They offer a full and complete service for all landlord clients and are experienced in both block management, ( which is a very specialised area) and on behalf of landlords regardless of whether they own one or many properties.

Have Been with Andrew Louis for some 20 years and they are always improving in the way the manage service and maintenance Jemma has played a key role in this service providing us work all year round. she is on the ball. answering any questions I had. This is the quickest process I have had with a property manager and letting agency! Would highly recommend, such a comfortable and seamless experience.

We transitioned from our existing housing company to Andrew Louis last year, after many years of receiving a lacking service from our existing block management company. Since Andrew Louis has taken over the management of our housing block it’s been a faultless service. They have been very efficient in dealing with a lot of outstanding issues, have been communicative and very quick in all responses with any matters regardless of the nature. Connor specifically has been fantastic in leading the management of our building, is always on hand and deals with all issues effectively and with full understanding. I’m really appreciative of the service Andrew Louis / Connor offer and would highly recommend them.

GoogleAs my first time moving out Andrew Louis were an excellent company to communicate with, making the process of organizing flat viewings, and paperwork signing a quick and painless process. They respond very quickly to phonecalls and emails and always make you feel welcome to ask as many questions as you need to ask. Though I have only just moved in they seem quick to initiate the sorting of any issues with the flat, as Andrew Louis manage the properties they advertise. I heavily recommend their services as a whole but Vicki especially is a very friendly and prompt member of staff!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

We have managed an Insurance claim at one of the properties that Andrew Louis manage in Liverpool City Centre. The staff were always available and very helpful, which made the claim flow and move much quicker with their actions and assistance.Rebekah was great to work with and always on hand to assist.

GoogleAfter a good first telephone consultation, multiple broken promises to get back to me. Waited for a "call back within an hour". After 4 hours I called them to be told I'd be called back by close of business. No call. Called back next day and was assured the manager would call me back by close of business..... It's been 10 days and I've given up hope. Can't comment on their service but my rating is due to their poor communication and broken promises with something as simple as call backs.

Andrew Louis is an excellent letting agency! My experience has been very easy and stress-free. I felt very supported by Property Manager Cerys she was amazing! She kept me well informed throughout the process and was incredibly professional answering any questions I had. This is the quickest process I have had with a property manager and letting agency! GoogleI arranged to view a property in Wavertree at 11:30 on 30/12/19, and had to take a day off work to attend the viewing. I arrived and as I was not met by anybody I decided to call the office to see where the individual was who was meeting me. I was greeted by the female telephonist, "oh sorry we have double booked, can you rearrange to Thursday?"..... "I should of called you...... "sorry". I had walked from the city centre and despite me explaining all of the above to the lady over the phone, she offered no alternative other than the first pathetic attempt to appease Andrew Louis' ineptitude and wrongdoing. Safe to say, I will not be using this estate agents and strongly advise any other like minded individuals to do the same. We all make mistakes but some mistakes are simply unacceptable! If you cant get the basics right, please change your professional services to avoid this happening again.

GoogleHad the displeasure of living in an Andrew Louis flat in liverpool centre (from 2017-2018), one of the worst experiences of my life dealing with the Andrew Louis agency for repairs and contract changes. Several times for repairs, contractors were late or did not show up without giving me any notice. Andrew Louis agents constantly acted like they did not care and I gave them many chances to respond to my multiple emails and calls, they do no care about the tenants. I went through 4 property managers in 2 months because letting agents kept leaving the company and we were never informed (we were informed about this via phone and email) but only after we hadn't heard back for weeks in regards to a contract change. Would give zero stars if I could.

James Mackenzi (who still works at Andrew Louis) was your property manager at the time.. According to our records you reported a toilet leak on 18 Feb 2018 and this issue was resolved within the timeframe as set out within our Repair & Maintenance procedures. Although we have a transparent robust complaints procedure we have no record of your complaint? so we are somewhat suprised that you have used this platform after two years of vacating to share and vent your anger and displeasure with us?
