She absolutely deserves a overwhelmingly GLORIOUS review as she is thus far the MOST professional, self-initiated, kind, sincere, thoughtful service provider we have dealt with so far. We would provide her a simple statement stating our intentions, and it is almost like she could read our mind and needs, and “WOW” us with the most optimal perfect solutions that gears towards our need. With her kind, proactive attitude, and responsiveness, I really think she could be successful in dealing with any areas of the businesses concerning coordination, clients, or people. Andrew Louis is sooooooooo lucky to have her as an asset.

GoogleI was prompted to write this as I am continually impressed by the service I have received from Andrew Louis Block management, in particular from Ed Wallace, who I have had several encounters with, both in person and by phone, has exceeded my expectations. Nothing is too much trouble. His manner is always humble and apologetic, and never defensive. When asking him questions, he listens to understand and offers a courteous response. Goes out of his way to ensure he addresses all your concerns with helpful advice. Ed is what customer service is all about. It’s been a very long time since I encountered such good service. Give this guy a pay rise 😊

Andrew Louis Lettings Repairs provided fast support in organising an urgent repair that was needed in the bathroom of the flat, which I rent. The Contractor who completed the relatively complex repair did so on the first visit and left the room as clean and tidy as it was before. There was very little disruption. All parties involved were very courteous to deal with.

Jemma is an absolute star and has gone over and above the call of duty trying to sort out what's a tricky situation with block management atm. Very good at managing communications with the tennant and everyone else involved. Quick to organise any repairs and progress things in terms of securing tennants. Would highly reccommend :)

GoogleAndrew Louis manage our estate of 66 flats, over 8 blocks and have done now for nearly 3 years. We find their service spot on, the Block Management team, all efficient and effective should any issue arise, as is the accounts department, as we try where possible to use local small contractors for work on the estate it's important they don't have to wait for payment, and to date, they don't.

GoogleTerrible, communication is shocking when you have any issues that need fixing. Me and my mother lived in a house managed by andrew louis for over 10 years, though a few years ago they switched to a different estate agent and more recently we have moved somewhere else. Throughout our several years living there we had a huge amount of issues with the property. Such as poorly and dangerously installed boiler that kept breaking down, and mould on many of the walls. One example is a utility room which had tiles falling off the wall and was completely damp all over, this took THREE YEARS to finally be fixed. I have attached some images of the state of the place we had to live in through this time. The landlady of this property is mostly to blame but the communication involving andrew louis was absolutely abysmal. Sadly times are tough with finding rentals these days but my advice is to avoid these and stay as far as you can away...
