Installed new tenants in my apartment effectively and within a week of it being vacated. All planning was done well in advance, and negotiations with tenants were done quickly and effectively. They were inefficient and slow when dealing with instructions; the repair costs quoted by their partner company Aspire Maintenance were unusually expensive and their efficiency was equally lacking. Worst of all, Andrew Louis failed to stand in my corner when the other party was clearly in the wrong.

This is my second review of the performance of the service I have had from Andrew Louis Estate Agents, who currently provide a full management service of 11 rental properties. Since taking over, I have maintained 100 per cent rent collection with no arrears. Payments are made promptly and are sent to me on a monthly basis in an easy to understand format,showing rents received, and all outgoings.Six monthly inspections have been very thorough, which in turn leads to the properties being managed correctly, eliminating tenant complaints completely.The staff are always on hand to deal with all issues, giving me the choice to resolve any repairs myself, or use the services of their contractors .Utilising their fully managed letting service has alleviated many of the stresses involved in property management, and peace of mind knowing that my properties are fully compliant.Totally satisfied with the service I am receiving from Andrew Louis.

Take the worries out of Property Management.

Andrew Louis have been managing our portfolio for 15 months now, and I have found them to be extremely professional and attentive. All the staff respond in a time sensitive manner not only to emergency situations, but to the day to day running of the business. Since AndrewLouis have taken up full management of our portfolio, our arrears which were previously running approx 30 percent, are now zero. They take particular care in the vetting of potential,tenants, which in the long run results in the properties being better looked after, and arrears minimalists. All the staff are extremely approachable, and keep s updated with progress of repairs and maintain strict adherence to gas safety and el trial legislation to ensure all our properties are fully compliant.Since Andrew Louis have taken over the full management of our portfolio ( 11 properties) it has taken away a great deal of stress and worries of property management, which in this day and age, must be fully compliant. I would recommend the use of their services.

Always attentive and quick with regards to repairs or issues with the property. Property Manager Laura goes above and beyond to help, even contacting and sorting emergency repairs out of hours. Great contact and help. Work with you in regards to any rent issues and are very understanding in extenuating circumstances. Of late I have had a couple of issues at the property, every one has either been sorted immediately or is being dealt with. Regular follow ups by Laura to ensure things are getting done.
