From the moment we decided to sell with McClelland Salter, they have pulled out all the stops to ensure our buy and sell went as smoothly as possible. We fell in love with a house and within days Angela had photographed and videoed our house to get us on the market in order to be in a position to bid on our dream home, even amidst a global pandemic! They were always at the end of the phone, especially when things became stressful during bidding, often over and beyond their normal working hours! They kept us calm and were there to offer advice about the next step throughout. We secured our dream home and our own house sale agreed within days. We are absolutely delighted with Angela and the team and would certainly recommend them to anyone! Thank you to all at McClelland Salter!

We didn't use McClelland Salter personally, but we came into contact with Alex (female) from McClelland Salter as they were the estate agents of choice for the property we were buying. Alex was great, professional and handled the handover of keys perfectly. It had been a complicated move but this part with McClelland Salter was seamless. I phoned at 3.15pm and booked a viewing for 9.45am the next day. At 7pm they sent me a text message to remind me of the appointment. The next day I arrived at the property, the agent didn't. I waited for their office to open and phoned. They offered me an appointment over two hours later. They only had one agent working. The agent didn't have the appointment in his diary. I booked another viewing on a different day. The agent met me at the property. Maybe I was just unfortunate but I have had a better night experience with other estate agents.

Fantastic service from Julie and Angela, both were very pleasant and professional. Angela took the photographs of our property and told us how to arrange things to maximise the potential and we were extremely pleased with the results. My family have just completed the sale of my late father-in-law's house, which was a somewhat traumatic experience in itself, but was made all the easier for us by the magnificent team at McClelland Salter. From the outset they projected as knowledgable and professional, with very competitive rates. Mr Matthew McClelland was our first point of contact, with Ms Jennifer Collins then taking overall day to day running of the sale. Both were superb in everything they did for us. We had almost nothing to do as all viewings prior to sale were escorted by their staff (Usually Jennifer) and any subsequent visits by the purchasers were likewise, escorted by staff. The sale of the house was also achieved very quickly after initial advertising, sign etc went up. Jennifer was invaluable as a buffer & go getter between solicitors, vendors & purchasers, always keeping us up to date throughout the procedure. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone as very good Estate Agents.
