I recently moved into my first rental and had the pleasure of Sarah Spence helping me through this. After spending roughly two weeks going through numerous places, and only getting about a 60% reply rate for estate agents, I came across a property that Mcclelland & Salter were advertising. Unfortunately that property didn’t come through, however Sarah proactively asked what specifically I was looking for and kept me in mind. A few days later Sarah had came back to me with a property that suited, she arranged for me to view it and helped me through each aspect of the rental. As a first time renter I couldn’t have asked for more from Sarah.

Having dealt with McClelland Salter for many years, my wife and I had no hesitation in choosing them again to sell our apartment in Dunmurry. Despite the covid 19 outbreak, Matthew and his highly professional team found us a buyer pretty quickly. There were a few hiccoughs along the way (caused by the buyers solicitor) but everything was sorted out and the sale was completed. Julie and the team have been amazing in helping my family to sell 2 family homes. Having had our house on the market for a year with a different agent and only had 3 viewings we changed to McClelland Salter and have just completed today. Julie has been a friend to me during a very sad time due to the loss of family members and I will miss her chats and craic. She is a dynamo, full of energy and enthusiasm. Having had dealings with other agents in town, there is no comparison. McClellands may be a smaller agents, not as glitzy as some of their competitors, but this gives them the edge as they are more personable and really care. From the moment we decided to sell with McClelland Salter, they have pulled out all the stops to ensure our buy and sell went as smoothly as possible. We fell in love with a house and within days Angela had photographed and videoed our house to get us on the market in order to be in a position to bid on our dream home, even amidst a global pandemic! They were always at the end of the phone, especially when things became stressful during bidding, often over and beyond their normal working hours! They kept us calm and were there to offer advice about the next step throughout. We secured our dream home and our own house sale agreed within days. I phoned at 3.15pm and booked a viewing for 9.45am the next day. At 7pm they sent me a text message to remind me of the appointment. The next day I arrived at the property, the agent didn't. I waited for their office to open and phoned. They offered me an appointment over two hours later. They only had one agent working. The agent didn't have the appointment in his diary. I booked another viewing on a different day. The agent met me at the property. Maybe I was just unfortunate but I have had a better night experience with other estate agents.

Angela took the photographs of our property and told us how to arrange things to maximise the potential and we were extremely pleased with the results.
