My brother and I have just sold our late father's house through McClelland Salter. Julie and her team were excellent throughout the whole process - always friendly, knowledgeable, supportive and most of all plain sensible. The legal side of the process was tortuous and extremely frustrating (I have now learnt that title insurance is worth knowing about) and Julie and the team were instrumental in keeping both ourselves and the buyers calm and focused on the sale. Would recommend highly.

I cannot recommend this firm highly enough in dealing with the sale of a home following a family bereavement with great empathy and sensitivity. From the moment Julie and Angela came to value the property I knew we had made the right choice. They were highly professional and clearly had a great deal of experience and depth of knowledge offering clear and well informed advice. Nothing was any trouble for them and even the simplest query was answered promptly and efficiently. Julie's view of how the sale would proceed was completely accurate and reflected her vast experience. I highly recommend this firm and will without hesitation use them again.
