I can't recommend McClelland Salter highly enough. After learning the hard way just how important it is to have a professional and trustworthy estate agent, I knew it was time to make a change following a disappointing experience with another agency in Lisburn. From my first conversation with Angela and Julie, I knew I had made the right choice. Julie provided a realistic price range for my home and explained the reasoning behind it, unlike my previous agent, who inflated the price just to win my business. Angela and Julie were honest, transparent, and handled everything with exceptional professionalism, even though I wasn’t always the easiest client to work with. Thanks to Ian’s expertise in showcasing the key features of my home, without being overbearing, my house sold within a month. Rather than just letting people wander through, he took the time to actively highlight the property’s strengths. McClelland Salter also ensured that every potential buyer was either ready to purchase or had their own homes listed, saving me from wasting time on non-serious viewers. I used this company both for letting a property and then finally selling the same property. I can't rate them enough for both aspects. They kept me informed along the way at every stage of the selling process and both Julie and Angela were amazing. They both knew the market so well locally and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them! I think I was quite a 'needy' customer at times but their patience and commitment in responding to telephone calls was exceptional. Thanks again!

After the death of my father, the family was left with a house to sell. Not being from the area I spoke with a number of people with regards their experiences of local estate agents. The majority of people recommended McClelland Salter. With my hand on heart I can truthfully say we made the correct choice by selecting Matthew and team. Now we've settled into our new home I would like to take the time to say a huge thank you to Julie and the team. We have had a long process with many complications outside of the agents control. However, Julie was always at the other end of the phone to answer all questions and help chasing up paperwork. We camped out in January for our house and Julie provided fresh baked goods and juice in the morning and also payed for pizza for us in the evening. We even received a little goodie bag of gifts on the day we picked up our keys. Thank you from my family and our new home.

We were sold our last home by this agent 30 years ago and more recently sold the same, we weren't sure if the service would be the same, we needn't have worried, the service was even better than I remembered. The personal service, reguraly updating us even at weekends, advising us best way to present our home for sale, all the tips only they would know, we had as much excess to the whole team. We've had a brilliant experience finding a beautiful rental property to live in thanks to Sarah Spence at McClelland Salter. We needed to leave our previous property at very short notice due to the property becoming uninhabitable. It has taken less than a fortnight from application to moving in to our new home!
