Looked after our property seamlessly for 17 years after we emigrated. I think our property was vacant for less than 6 months total out of these years. They took all the hassle away from being an overseas based owner. Repairs and maintenance were prompt and very reasonably priced. We finally sold it this year and we were very happy with their advice, communication and pricing throughout the whole process.

I had listed my house with another agent and it was a bad experience ending with them forgetting to relist my property. I contacted other estate agents and all they wanted to do was pick up where my last agent left off. Not McClelland Salter they treated me as a new client, came out and revalued my house, assured me things would be different and they were. One week after listing I went sale agreed, with more money and effortless took me through the rest of the process. They keep in touch with every aspect of the sale from start to finish, something I was lacking with my original agent. I can't recommend them enough and would definitely be using them again if I ever need to. Thanks to the team

McClelland Salter work tirelessly to ensure as smooth as possible journey for both us and the seller of the property. Infact, it’s not an understatement to say that the reason we managed to complete on the date agreed was due to the tireless effort from the folks at McClelland Salter. I’m going to go further and say that Julie, in particular was outstanding. Supportive, kind, professional and genuinely warm. She always made us feel like we mattered. In a supposed field of professionals she stood head and shoulders above everyone else. I originally bought a property in Northern Ireland as an investment and was instantly recommended to use this company to manage as I live overseas. In the years they have managed the property, it has been stress free and was managed beyond expectations. I have dealt with most of the team, whether due to rental or the sale, and it is very evident that they all work very well together and are extremely professional and very proud of the work they do. I recently moved into my first rental and had the pleasure of Sarah Spence helping me through this. After spending roughly two weeks going through numerous places, and only getting about a 60% reply rate for estate agents, I came across a property that Mcclelland & Salter were advertising. Unfortunately that property didn’t come through, however Sarah proactively asked what specifically I was looking for and kept me in mind. A few days later Sarah had came back to me with a property that suited, she arranged for me to view it and helped me through each aspect of the rental. Having dealt with McClelland Salter for many years, my wife and I had no hesitation in choosing them again to sell our apartment in Dunmurry. Despite the covid 19 outbreak, Matthew and his highly professional team found us a buyer pretty quickly. Julie and the team have been amazing in helping my family to sell 2 family homes. Having had our house on the market for a year with a different agent and only had 3 viewings we changed to McClelland Salter and have just completed today. Julie has been a friend to me during a very sad time due to the loss of family members and I will miss her chats and craic. She is a dynamo, full of energy and enthusiasm.
