GoogleRecently begun to rent a property through William Brown and the entire process was incredibly quick. My partner and I loved a property we viewed on Saturday and signed the contract on Monday. In particular the estate agent who showed us around the property, Matt, was absolutely class. Sent forms etc. over on a Sunday to ensure we hit the ground running at the beginning of the week. Cannot fault them on anything, whatsoever. Top class service.

GoogleJack called and left a message on full speed so had to listen several times before I heard his message stating he has fabulous new for us. When we called he told us they had someone wanting to buy our house. After we explained we are already on the market and have an offer, He said he had no idea we were already on the market and asked what the offer was! At this stage we asked him what their client wanted to offer. This is where he stumbled and told us someone was looking in the area.....NO-ONE looking at our house..., a sales call and very misleading. Not impressed. A nuisance call, annoying.

GoogleBeing a first time buyer meant going through the whole purchasing process felt a bit daunting, but the staff here were fantastic in making everything as quick and as easy as possible. Peter in particular was always incredibly helpful, kept regular contact to update on where things were and was always honest, transparent, and happy to share his wealth of knowledge and expertise in making the best possible decisions when buying a property for the first time and sorting out the mortgage. Cannot recommend them enough!

GoogleZero responsibility taken over the booked viewing. They booked me for a viewing by confirming but didn't show up. After calling them, just said we tried to call you! Nothing received from my side, didn't try to email me instead! Not recommended at all! I'm just sorry for this poor service... Wasted my time, money and energy!

GoogleHave been with WHB for a few years now and service and response from the team is very professional and good. Having a proper inventory done by them has been worth it as well as I needed it to charge a tenant for leaving the house in a shambles. Imogen , Chloe to name a few have been great with helping out and very quick to respond to queries etc , would obv def recc WHBPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI am very impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of the staff at this agency. Imogen Harvey arranged my viewing appointments and took the initiative to find out what I was looking for in my search for a house to rent. I’m glad that she suggested certain properties based on my preferences and helped to narrow things down for me by taking the time to ask me questions about what I wanted. This saved me looking at houses that I would otherwise not be interested in. When the house that I had my eye on became available on the market, she remembered me and promptly called to arrange a viewing. Thanks to her and her colleague Matt who took the time to chat with me and show me the properties that they felt would be suitable, I have found my ideal home, and am preparing to move in next week! The whole experience from initial viewings to eventually finding my home has been a very positive one with the staff at William H Brown. I highly recommend this agency.

GoogleWe had an excellent experience with William H Brown moving from London into our new rented flat in Lincoln. Imogen looked after everything we needed to make our move a smooth one, and dealt with any issues that arose in an extremely helpful and professional manner. We were especially pleased with how flexible she was with arrangements for viewings and the timings on the move-in day, which kept our move hassle-free. When it comes to our next move we'll be very happy to work with William H Brown again, and we recommend them to anyone else moving in the Lincoln area.

GoogleBrilliant experience with this estate agency. They were very helpful with finding the right house for me and my partner, helpful with the viewings, and the move itself. It was a quick, smooth process, they kept in touch the entire time- the estate agent I had the pleasure of being under (Imogen) was lovely, and made both me and my partner feel very confident and comfortable. I’m very happy that William H Brown were able to provide me with all the information and everything I needed to accommodate myself within my new home. Thanks guys!
