Outstanding service from Lillie at William H Brown, Lincoln My son and I viewed an apartment on Sincil Bank, Lincoln today with Lillie from William H Brown, and I wanted to make a point of leaving very positive feedback about her. From the outset, Lillie was friendly, professional and genuinely engaging. She took time to understand my son’s circumstances, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and talked us through the property in a clear, honest and helpful way, there was absolutely no pressure at any point. Although we have decided not to pursue the apartment, this decision was purely down to the property not being the right fit for my son, and in no way reflects on Lillie’s service or the viewing experience. In fact, she handled this with total professionalism and understanding. If anything, the viewing reinforced what good service looks like. Lillie was approachable, knowledgeable and a real credit to William H Brown. We would have absolutely no hesitation in viewing another property with her in the future and would highly recommend her to others looking to rent or buy in the Lincoln area. Thank you again, Lillie, your professionalism did not go unnoticed.

There was a problem with one of doors. They informed us got us a quote for the work and dealt with it, then informed afterwards. Highly recommend the rental team.

When you decide to move you think you have everything sorted just by finding the right house… but then you realise there is everything that goes with that! Finding the best mortgage, getting the right house insurance and protecting yourself with the best life insurance. Having just moved into my new home - I can’t thank Phoebe enough. There was no question she was unable to answer, she always had time to discuss my options and thanks to Phoebe I am certain I have the best offers and rates available to me. Phoebe is more than just a mortgage advisor. She always listened to everything I had to say. She heard all of my frustrations, of which there were many as the vendors solicitor was absolutely awful, and went above and beyond what I expected of her. She chased and came up with solutions way beyond her remit and I am certain she is a big reason the house completed when it did. I know in the future I may decide to either move again or at least remortgage my house for the best rates at the time. Would I look into this myself? Definitely not! What I can be sure of is that I will work with Phoebe on this again, as I know I won’t be disappointed with the results she will provide. Thank you for making what can be a stressful journey - one I could understand and for being so reliable. We couldn’t have done this without her!

My boyfriend and I purchased our first property through William H Brown, and used their mortgage services. Paul Raby is a top class mortgage consultant and I’d recommend him to all first time buyers - it can be really overwhelming getting a mortgage but Paul is extremely knowledgeable and put us at ease. He answered all our questions and explained everything in detail which was super helpful as the process was completely new to us. He never assumed we should know certain things which we were really happy about, he gave us all the details we wanted. He was super professional and you can tell he knows his stuff. Sales Manager Charlotte DeCaux went above and beyond for us, throughout the purchase she was amazing. Her communication with us was excellent, she consistently kept us informed and was super quick and replying to emails and calling us. She always rang back when she said she would and nothing was ever a problem. We experienced some difficulties with our solicitors and Charlotte made calls and had meetings with the external company. We are really grateful for all her help and would recommend her to anyone. Our experience with Paul and Charlotte and the rest of the team at William H Brown Lincoln has been amazing and we are beyond happy with the service they provided us with, couldn’t recommend more!!!! 🥳

Really great experience. We had our first ever mortgage consultation here and the whole process was brilliant. We phoned with questions and both Charlotte & Orissa were really helpful, setting up our consultation very quickly and smoothly.
