GoogleThis is my 1st time dealing with. William H Brown Estate agents and I was very impressed with the letting team. I was kept fully up to date with the progress of my move and nothing was to much trouble for them. With the covid restrictions everything was done to keep both parties safe and well

GoogleAVOID. Utterly useless to rent from. They refuse to resolve issues, procrastinate, fail to communicate, fail to uphold promises, and they generally make life as miserable as possible for the tenant. Rent from someone else. Anyone else!

GoogleI currently rent a property through William H Brown. I found the service throughout this process excellent. Particular thanks goes to Charlotte, who kept me informed throughout and was always on hand to answer my questions. I highly recommend the company and express my gratitude to Charlotte for all of her hard work and professionalism.

GoogleWas purchasing a property, after one week they stated I had to complete in three weeks !!!?? The ladyagent I dealt with was terrible, no customer service skills and was so agressive on the phone. I had withdraw from the purchase. This is now been accepted by The Property Ombudsman, hopefully I can complete this to a positive report. Do not use this agent.

GoogleI emailed a few agents but I was assured by Brad they could find a tenant in good time and I was not disappointed with the quality of the tenant and how fast it is now being processed! Very professional and would recommend to everybody!

GoogleCalled to arrange a valuation. Friendly, helpful staff liaised with our tenants throughout the process and provided the valuation we requested in good time. If we decide to sell, we'll use these guys.

GoogleThey are well-organised and professional. Helen always tried to resolve my issues during my stay, and I should thank her. I only had an issue during my check out because they had cancelled the check out inspection appointment but forgot to inform me! So, I was waiting there for hours.

GoogleIt doesn't get much worse than this company. They are not calling you back and are totally unprofessional in how they deal with people.
