Googlefantastic support through a very long sale. highly professional, informative throughout and kept me updated frequently. All staff were approachable and friendly. 10 out of 10 for dealing with a very stressful and complicated sale so well. They earned every single penny on this one and were fantastic throughout! extra thanks to Imogen who was very, very supportive and couldn't have been more helpful whenever I contacted the office. GoogleAwful experience. Business focused on sales, but not on customer's needs. Once they signed us up, they rushed the sale, repeatedly told us 'we can't guarantee we'll secure you another buyer' when we rejected the very first one. The plan was to have an open house event, this never happened. Once we accepted, we had to chase and chase and chase and chase forever and a day before we got a reply from our own agent. They would only ask the buyers for updates after numerous and desperate pleas from us. When we asked them to push back with the buyers on a further delayed completion date, Connells manager replied straight back pushing for the buyers' dates, although they were clearly meant to represent us and our interests in the process. We got delayed by a month at great expense and inconvenience mainly because of Connells' sheer incompetence and lack of customer service. It was disappointing beyond belief.

Their financial broker service (thank-you Michael) and agency staff (thank-you Craig, Archie, Teri and Imogen) are superb. Competitive rates, highly efficient and pro-active. Would also recommend Shoosmiths Solicitors who they introduced me to (thank-you Maurice & Beth).

GoogleI can’t rate Connells highly enough. They’ve played a massive part in both my sale and purchase. The staff at Connells worked well to sell my house with all staff making a contribution. From the beginning they’ve been friendly, professional and guided us through the process. Where they really came into their own was with the actual exchange, completion and move, with Imogen Williams doing her utmost to help, contribute and advise me through my purchase with a difficult vendor (outside of Connells). I really can’t thank them enough for all their help. Highly recommended.

From mortgage advise to updates, I was wel informed throughout. Wasn’t in any hurry to buy but they made it possible. Special mention to Imogen and Nick for being helpful and professional throughout.
