Brilliant service from everyone in Branch. We used Michael as a broker who helped us navigate a tricky situation with my self-employment and managed to secure us the amount we needed to borrow without issue. Imogen was our main point of contact, who always kept in regular communication with us and made sure we were aware of all developments. She and Jodie always answered the phone or called us back and were always a ray of sunshine. We also had several calls with Craig in the later stages of the purchase, who liaised between the owner and ourselves. Very reactive to anything we needed and again kept us up-to-date with any changes. Overall the sale went through in just under 3 months. We couldn't have asked for a better team of people when purchasing our first home, who always took the initiative and made our lives as stress-free as possible.

We had a very drawn out sale due to a few factors but Connells were amazing throughout the whole process. Jodie was the first contact we had with Connells. She was so upbeat and really made us feel confident about their experience and services they offer. She is always a delight to speak too. Imogen was a good point of contact too. It was so lovely to speak to Imogen when needed as she was always so enthusiastic and encouraging. Craig dealt with us after we had our buyer. His communication was great. He was always so professional but really friendly when we called for updates. We had to do a lot of chasing of our solicitors and Craig helped us with that. He made sure we knew what was happening within the chain too. We always felt like Craig had our back while trying to progress with our sale and purchase. I would recommend Connells 100% for their proactive attitude towards achieving the best for their customers.

We recently sold our house through Connells in Letchworth. Our first interaction was with Jodie when she valued our property. Jodie was very friendly and took the time to talk us through the process, she was one of the reasons we picked Connells over other agents in the area. Once our house had sold, and when we were looking for properties ourselves, we mainly dealt with Imogen. She is super friendly and so efficient. We are really grateful for all the chasing she did to help us complete on time. Our sale and purchase took around 10 months (including one purchase falling through) and during that time Imogen remained a calm and optimistic voice which we very much needed! I have recently sold my house through Connells and every step of the way I have had support and a first class service. Jodie was excellent when we first put the house on the market, having never done it before she explained everything fully and gave us full confidence. Then Archie and Imogen when it came to viewings, they were fully organised with our diary and help get many people through the door. Michael was amazing in getting us the best mortgage deal and has kept us updated all the way through. Craig was then fully organised and really supportive on all things with the solicitors and our buyers. Then a massive thank you to Imogen who on completion day got us across the line! an amazing experience from start to finish Imogen , Michael and Craig have been amazing the whole way through . Being a first time buyer we had no idea what we was doing so we was so greatfull for all the help they provide. Without Imogen we wouldn’t of seen this dream house of ours as we missed this flat on the web she took us to extra few when we went out on our viewing and we are so happy she saved the best till last . She completely understood our needs and what we wonted out of our purchase. Imogen was brilliant throughout our whole purchase and being first time buyers, the whole legal side of the buying process was completely unknown to us! I would like to take the time to mention what a fantastic job Jodie done when coming to visit us and value our property. I had three agents out and Jodie was the only one who made me truly feel as though she was interested in what I was telling her about our position and made me feel like she wanted to help us sell. The service we received at Connells from Michael Cole is single to none. From our initial appointment we felt how professional and knowledgeable Michael was and there was not one question he could not answer. Our case wasn't the easiest and we really needed a good advice so we were lucky to find someone who found us the best mortgage deal, looked after all our insurance polices and even made us aware of the refund that we were due from the old policy. We are moving in to our new home because of Michael Cole's advice and we are very grateful. All was done with a smile, always reassuring, always available and very professional. The level of performance from your branch in Letchworth Garden City is probably the worst I have ever experienced. My property was already marketed with another agent at 1% commission they offered to market our property at 0.75% - I though OK if they are that eager then give them the chance - nothing to loose. Once we accepted an offer from one of their clients which due to our family circumstance was £15k under the marketed value, the contact from the LWG office fell off a cliff. I had to chase them for updates. I asked them to find out why our Buyer was delaying the exchange dates. They said they would get back to me but I was simply ignored. The sensitivity and communication skills of this office are zero - I was phoned by the agency on my return from major surgery even though I had informed them specifically that all calls should be made to my wife until further notice. Do not use this agency - it is proving to be probably the worst agency I have ever dealt with. Just my experience.
