GoogleOur experience hasn't been the smoothest one but we got there in the end. I have to say that the team tried and help as much as possible, always stayed calm, friendly, polite, moved things around for us and eventually made things happen or swiftly fixed their mistakes, it's just that I find there is there is a lack of thoroughness or perhaps agents are simply maxed out, ending up cutting corners or making mistakes.
