GoogleI had a long, difficult process with Property Management. For starters, our right to rent checks were not conducted in full, or legally. Then, when conducting a change of sharer I felt threatened, my requests to not be contacted by phone, once I felt threatened, were not always adhered to. And there were blatant attempts to bend the rules of the tenant fee ban - which is illegal. Terrible customer service, slow, unprofessional and rude. Please NEVER use them. GoogleMy experience it was horrible, very unprofessional, lots of pressure and lots of lies.
My agent was Jodie, her atitudine was very unprofessional, changing all the time and very impatience, taking decisions without talking with us. After paying the security deposit which obviesly should secure our flat, she keept trying to scare us that we will loose the apartament, even if there shouldn't be any other offer.
When we went to the office to discuss she started to be rude and rising the voice.
Never choosing this company again.
