We have been working with this company for some years and have had always the best support and help. First with Agata and now with Bridget, we have been blessed with some of the best professionals when talking about property management, not forgetting our lovely landlady. The willingness from everybody is just to do things right. --------------------------------- 2026 Update: After many more years and a home move, we are still working with this company, and that alone says a lot. To be honest, we went through some difficult times with people whose attitude did not reflect the company’s reputation: pressure, rudeness, and unprofessional behaviour. However, everything changed with our current Property Manager, Banna Hannes. We can only say positive things about her. She is always clear, decisive, and helpful, with a personal approach and a genuinely supportive attitude... in a nutshell, she is a star.

Excellent support from Leigh and Amy. I can’t thank them enough! I already had ~15 viewings with several agencies when I met Leigh to see an option in her portfolio in Chiswick. After visiting the first one, she took me to 2 additional ones trying to arrange the viewings on the way, as my time was limited. All three were meeting my initial requirements - was not always the case with some other brokers, although I clearly share my very few criteria beforehand. I liked one of them a lot which ticked almost all boxes. Unfortunately, among many offers on the same day, one was accepted before I even had a chance to put mine, and I got really upset. I was abroad the following week. In the meantime, apparently the initial offer did not go through. Considering my earlier disappointment, Leigh made all possible efforts (phone, email, WhatsApp) through different channels to contact me to say I have another chance : ) I completed required steps with Leigh’s and Amy’s help and now that flat became my ‘home’. For anyone relocating to UK, processes can be daunting. It feels safe to be in good hands of a professional company. More important than companies, I believe the individuals make the difference. I feel lucky I met Leigh and Amy, professionals with important skills like ‘listening’ and ‘empathy’.

Tina from this office managed through a very long and drawn out process with us (we are Aussies relocating to UK) and was patient and great natured with lots of positive energy throughout. TIA ( not to be confused with TINA) was there for us in a clutch moment when we needed a contract amended, and literally saved days of messing around by quickly marshalling our landlady, and her manager to make sure a contract adjustment was done literally in five minutes. Can't recommend Leigh and Amy enough. By far my favourite estate agents I dealt with in a v. stressful rental search, as an 8-month-pregnant person! They are friendly, down-to-earth, compassionate and honest, and genuinely try their hardest to find you properties, without sugarcoating or trying to sell you on things - which needless to say is not what you always get with agents! Even though we preferred a flat in a different area, so went with someone else in the end, both Amy and Leigh will stick in my mind and I thoroughly recommend their services to anyone who needs help finding a property!

Thanks Han for helping our family find our new home in Chiswick. We relocated from Japan to London in the summer of 2022 when the real estate market was very hot. We started searching for agents while we were still in Japan. Other agencies were "too busy" to help us with find our perfect property, pushed properties 1000 GBP above our budget, or simply dismissed us after learning we were from "overseas" which the considered risky. Han, kept following up with us and understood our schedule and took our requirements into mind.
