Hayley has been superb throughout my tenancy - initially showing me around properties I'd showed an interest in as well as going out of her way to show alternative similar properties and giving advice on the local area. During our search initially we were shown properties which were not what we were looking for. But, once this was understood we were shown much better quality properties. During the process of securing the flat Jade was very helpful when dealing between us and the landlord especially when things were not as we expected when we arrived! There were however a lot of things to fill out and felt like it took a lot of time. Overall we were happy with the process and ended up with a flat we really like!

I have been renting a property from Fletcher Chiswick since 2017. They are very professional and helpful. From day one, they tried to find the perfect place for me. The right price and location, we found it. They also were very empathetic and knew how to listen and understand what were my key requirements in a property. After all this time, I can say I would make business with them again. They know Chiswick extremely well. I must add, when I had any issues that needed to be fixed, even real emergencies, they replied instantly and found a solution. I am very grateful to Beth Jeromson. She quickly addressed the problem I had and didn’t stop until everything was sorted. You don’t come across professionals at this level easily. She coordinated everything that needed to be done and offer herself to communicate between departments and check afterwards if I was all right. I would describe her performance as efficient and professional, compassionate and flexible in her approach. Another lady I had the pleasure to interact with was Agata Madeja. Again... such an amazing professional. Easy to communicate with and helpful. I value getting good value for money and getting things done when needed. But above all, I value the professionals I have to interact with. I believe in long-term relationships in business. I trust this company for their transparency, great arrangements when it has be done and the employees that work there. I would recommend it to everyone looking for a property in Chiswick.
