GoogleI wish there were negative stars for how pathetic and unprofessional this letting company has behaved. The agent (Paul Biris) should never be allowed to talk to people. He has no manners whatsoever.
He had arranged to show us two homes in Chiswick back to back. We arrived on time to the first home - to the surprise of one of his colleagues (Leigh). However she let us see the property while trying to cover up for Paul, who was late, and trying to let him know that we had arrived by train so couldn’t get to the second property quickly if he was to meet us there, after viewing the first home with her.
Paul eventually arrived at the first home retorting and I quote “it’s not my job to drive you around”(!!).
Somehow we were supposed to know that he was not showing us the first property AND that we should have come by car to fit his schedule of viewings.
I would NEVER use this place. Their lack of competence is astounding, and attitude is just disgraceful.

They know the area inside out and are realistic about costs and rental rates on both sides of the renting fence. They look to build and maintain a relationship rather than to simply get the deal done. As a landlord in particular, I have complete faith that they will match the right tenant with our property and will always be on hand to help with any issues and advice along the way. They also have a strong team administrating behind the scenes which removes the likelihood of problems throughout a tenancy. They are proactive, cheerful and efficient and I really like working with them both as landlord and renter.

I have been using Fletcher’s in Chiswick for many, many years now and they really are excellent on every single level. Leigh and Amy have a real wealth of experience in the Lettings Department and Property Management and they are both highly professional and always deliver a first class service. They are both extremely polite, kind, caring and compassionate and they will always go the extra mile to help you. They always keep in close contact with me once they have let the property and fully ensure that all of the required paperwork is completed and they completely take the stress and worry off your shoulders and they find you really exceptional tenant’s. I would not use any other company but Fletcher’s to let a property and that is because of Leigh and Amy. They are such a credit to the business and they work so very hard, each and every day. Thank you both so much, a really phenomenal service by both of you and I am extremely grateful.
