GoogleI have been at my address for a few years now. Lauri has been looking after me during this time. She is helpful, very informed and kind. She handles all the interactions between myself and my landlord which makes for an enjoyable situation. She goes out of her way to make sure everything is running smoothly.

GoogleI had a booking with Spencers for a property viewing, but I needed to reschedule it. I made several attempts to reach them via calls, texts, and even emails, but unfortunately, none of my communication was answered. Eventually, since I had already committed and couldn't make any changes, I had to take a day off from work to honor my commitment. However, just 35 minutes before the scheduled appointment, someone from Spencers called to cancel the slot, citing a lack of access to the property. They then provided me with another appointment time, but it was scheduled for a working day, without any consideration for my availability. This has left me extremely disappointed.

GoogleSpencer's re let a flat for me in the city centre with a good quick result and all handled Ok. Rosie was particularly willing and helpful to resolve issues. Only negative is the Countrywide central management office really lets the local office down, they are just poor unfortunately.PositiveResponsiveness

GoogleEstate agent did not turn up for the viewing. Waited 45 minutes to be told that the estate agent couldn’t find me so she left. I called her at 20 minutes and then 45 minutes. Not sure why she didn’t call me even once if she was actually at the property. Two stars because she picked up the call at least.

GoogleThe only letting agents that didn’t mess me about. So many letting agents would make go through the hurdles of viewings and that just for my offer to be turned down. Everyone I interacted with at Spencer’s was professional and if it wasn’t them I would have to considered quitting my new job.

GoogleThis is my 1st experience of being a landlord and Kayleigh and her Team have made it a very easy and enjoyable one. The 1st meeting was very thorough, everything wad explained to me and I felt reassured that the right tenants would be chosen for my house and that it would be looked after. From then to the tenants moving in was less than 10 weeks so I'm really pleased and would recommend Spencers to anyone
