GoogleI worked closely with Chelsea and Megan and they have both been fantastic. Quick to respond, knowledgeable and extremely professional. They were quick to deliver on promises and I now use their management services. If you are looking for a professional and competent service then I highly recommend Spensers.

GoogleVery disappointed with this agency they are rushing and disrespectful, I apply first as soon as they released a house to rent , and I called they them , they told me they they will send me a link on my phone , but they didn’t , after 3 days that I am waiting they said that it let agreed . Stay away to this agency as they not far to be scammer !

GoogleI am very pleased with the service Spencer’s have provided. Special mention and 5 stars to agent Niamh, she has helped me in every way possible. Helped me move from London to Leicester within a week. Majority of the services was provided via phone and what’s app which made it so much easier and convenient for me. Sent me video of the house on the first call, was really impressed with the property and the decided to proceed ahead. Rest of taken care of by Niamh and I can’t thank her enough. All the process was explained in detail and thoroughly, and made sure I was satisfied with the outcome. Every time I messaged or called Niamh she answered without hesitation and guided this moving transition process very smoothly.

We were buying a house and Spencer’s were representing the vendor and they recommended a solicitor who was horrible however Emma took my calls and gave us lots of reassurance. GoogleLettings is great because they are really helpful in securing a property but wait til you need some repairs and maintenance. If there's 0 star for the property management, then i will definitely give them a 0. Been months since we raised issues but until our 4th month stay, they havent fixed anything. Actually, i cant find the property management here. If there's one i would give them 0 and the lettings agent a 5/5 and im not gonna change this rating until the mgt would do the repairs Update: they did some repairs so im gonna change the rating soon There are still some ongoing so I'll wait before changing this.
