GoogleSpecial mention Emma Rose Thompson who was absolutely amazing. We were buying a house and Spencer’s were representing the vendor and they recommended a solicitor who was horrible however Emma took my calls and gave us lots of reassurance. Emma was always polite and helpful. She was always accommodating and I can’t thank her enough.

GoogleI am very happy with the friendly customer service I received from Scott, nothing was too much trouble for him and he was always willing to help. He supported me and my wife with the exit of our flat which made us feel comfortable throughout the termination. Scott is attentive and extremely professional an absolute asset to Spencers.

GoogleThe worst estate agents I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with Took money from my husband 3 months ago and said it was a mistake But still won’t give it back Chased it up over 30 times via calls emails and visits to the office Never experienced anything like the mismanagement at this office Also gave us a property with a fake eicr certificate whilst they were well aware Both the landlord and estate agents have been a nightmare from day 1 Once they have your money there is no customer service

She handles all the interactions between myself and my landlord which makes for an enjoyable situation. She goes out of her way to make sure everything is running smoothly.

GoogleI had a booking with Spencers for a property viewing, but I needed to reschedule it. I made several attempts to reach them via calls, texts, and even emails, but unfortunately, none of my communication was answered. Eventually, since I had already committed and couldn't make any changes, I had to take a day off from work to honor my commitment. However, just 35 minutes before the scheduled appointment, someone from Spencers called to cancel the slot, citing a lack of access to the property. They then provided me with another appointment time, but it was scheduled for a working day, without any consideration for my availability. This has left me extremely disappointed.

GoogleEstate agent did not turn up for the viewing. Waited 45 minutes to be told that the estate agent couldn’t find me so she left. I called her at 20 minutes and then 45 minutes. Not sure why she didn’t call me even once if she was actually at the property. Two stars because she picked up the call at least.

GoogleSpencer's re let a flat for me in the city centre with a good quick result and all handled Ok. Rosie was particularly willing and helpful to resolve issues.
