GoogleSpencers are the best. I received great service from Jack and Chelsea. The staff have been very supportive and were able to find me a property in record time. I strongly recommend Spencers, especially for international students who are looking for private accommodation suitable for family.

Over a Month perior the renewal of the tenancy agreement I have asked about my new rent which they stated that will rise from 505 to 525 nothing suprising there so far, but after weeks of waiting I have contacted them again to ask for my TA reneval and they did it 2 working days before the Agreement Expires the rent was risen to 590 and on top of that they had the audicity to lie to me over the phone that once I sign the contract I am NOT allowed to leave the property with 1 month notice and have to stay till thecontract expire. Avoid the company Not To Be Trusted.

GoogleWe are very happy with the experience renting our first home. Rosie and Sam we just fantastic and took care with answering all our questions and queries. From the viewing, to negotiating with the landlord, to getting our keys and the follow up there after everything has been smooth as a whistle. Spencers clearly look our for the best interests of both the land lord and the tenant. Well recommended.

GoogleMyself and my husband were First time buyer, the whole process took only 8 weeks and Maxwell at Spencers made our experience very pleasant, nothing seemed to be too much, always cheerful and happy to receive and answer our queries, this gave us a lot of comfort during the whole process as we had never done this before. GooglePaid rent on time every month with no issue, was more than helpful when it came to allowing viewings of the property, returned the keys on time when moving out- now, 2 months later, I still don't have my deposit returned. Spencers being less than helpful in contacting the landlord about the return of my deposit. I'd avoid if you don't want to take legal action at the end of your tenancy.

GoogleThis is the last time we will be using Spencers. The service is unprofessional, slow and when the going gets tough and they cannot answer simple questions they stop responding and returning calls. We wish we had read the reviews before using them. We would highly advise not to use Spencers as a landlord or as a tenant. Our first time experience with them has been horrendous.

GoogleBased on my experience with Gianfranco I can only give 5 stars. Manners cost nothing, and this gentleman has it in bundles. He has gone above and beyond for me multiple times in keeping me informed (whether or not my offers were successful.) He has managed my expectations and proven able to keep his word. I would certainly recommend him/Spencers to friends and family. Keep up the good work.

Franco, Mark and the office team gave us fantastic advice on how to sell our property, kept us up to date at every stage of the process and delivered the result we wanted in just two weeks!!!...Our advice to other vendors??...Put your trust in professional hands...they have years of experience and they know how to use the internet and modern technology at the same time!!
