GoogleBest agent i've come across: helped me to deal with real problems caused by my previous Leicester agent who had not done the paperwork properly and were treating my tenant appallingly - both me and the tenant simply didn't know where we stood. There's too many cowboys out there - switch to an agent that behaves professionally, I'd say. Thank you Northwood, especially Gosia

More than just helping solve your problem, I think what you raise is a vital point - there's so many agents that landlords are unwittingly entrusting their properties to who are just flouting the law and exploiting them (as well as tenants). I don't like Selective Licensing because I have good properties well-managed. But as it's mandatory and fines can be issued, I knew I need experts to get them sorted for me, so I used Gosia and her team at Northwood. They know about the whole thing, who to talk to at the Council, and handle all the workload, a real load off my mind
