GoogleIt was all good when I was their tenant. As soon as I left the house they became irresponsive. I emailed and called them several times for a tenancy letter, yet still to this day after months of inquiry there is no response. This is not professionalism!

The ladies here are extremely rude and unbelievably unprofessional. Its clear they have not been in the country for too long, and do not understand how things should be done. GoogleIt is hard to believe for me that Johals agents have the audacity to call themselves professional while I do not even know if they are eligible to do this job. Living in this flat was as nightmare, no heating during winter, shower that was smoking, windows that broke and no one fixed them, the door to my room which started breaking since MARCH and they kept on breaking until the day I left so JULY (I hope you see the problem here) Itβs not even that they did not know, I have email addressing this problem but our ββpRoFeSSiOnAL jOhAlS AgEntSββ did not do anything about it, literally zero effort to fix anything. The flat was so cold but they kept telling us that is warm (Twisting reality is the only things these people are good at). We can not forget about the bunch of people sitting in the office doing absolute ZERO! They can not remember what they tell you, they tell you one thing do another and totally donβt care about you, only about the money from your wallet π The best part is when some random people are in your house without you knowing, love having no privacy at all. Overall I could be talking and talking and talking how unprofessional and just straight up bad agency it is, donβt recommend anybody even my worst enemy. (Knowing them there will be a response I was not their tenant or something π they like to lie a lot like that)

They never get back to you and when my flatmate moved in there was mould in the place with broken windows and filthy rooms
We paid our deposits and the rent
Nothing is going to be done about this so we are taking legal action due to the violation of the contract
My flatmate wanted to move in on the 20th. She had to beg the company for the keys and ended up moving in 3rd of September. This company has caused us all so much emotional trauma and stress that we are thinking of leaving when we haven't even moved in yet.
They have violated codes of Landlords and the contract so many times it's not worth it at all
If you don't change we will get action involved and leave your company
WORST company I've ever dealt with. Don't move in or even get involved with them.
