Such a fabulous team and they are so professional in the work they do. In my case I moved to Leicester newly from India and the team made my relocation to my new home in Leicester effortless. They were happy to help me even before I arrived and arranged virtual viewing and they are on time to what they commit. Team was even able to move my rental start date a day earlier with in a short notice..!!"First 4 Lettings" team is always happy to help and I did troubled them with lot of questions and they helped without a hesitation. Their on-time reply to emails and phone calls does need to be mentioned.Had most of interactions with Emily off late and she is so kind & supportive. She is really very good in tracking any complaints or help requested with respect to the property, rental, etc..,Keep up the good work team 😃👌 so happy that I found "First 4 Lettings" for my rental requirements 😃

I recommend First 4 Lettings

The whole team at first 4 lettings have been great whilst trying to find student properties. Jack Miller was perfect at helping find properties that suited are budget. He was always easy to talk to never felt awkward around him like student can feel around estate agents Max was also amazing with his service. He was very accommodating when it came to paying and was always emailing with what was happening. He was very understanding of my situation with my choice to withdraw from the tenancy and made everything as easy and comfortable as it can be Thank you both

Such a poor company. No care for the tenants what so ever. Rude on the phone and also in the office when personally returning the keys to them face to face. After living in a property through this company for over 3 years. We left the property in the best state we could after being neglected for the full tenancy. No repairs where ever actioned. Even though 6 monthly checks where completed all the time and we raised mould/damp issues. And also repairs that needed to be completed after the house has been left to just stand as it is with ‘quick fixes’. They then disputed charges through DPS and took money from us, and now have the cheek to send an ‘invoice’ for damages to repair the property. The company need to take some ownership in the fact they never address tenants issues raised and now think they can harass and be passive aggressive in emails and communications to us to try threaten us. I would highly recommend anyone to AVOID using this company.

Not tailored well for inexperienced renters.

I think when you market yourself to Uni students information and guidance should be created in a way that is tailored to 1st/2nd time renters. First4lettings is not. When contacted about an issue they were rude, condescending and dismissive. The whole renting and bills process was made unnecessarily difficult and confusing. Would not recommended, especially to first time renters.

This is a review for the helpful staff at First4Lettings in Leicester who let out my house for me. My experience with them was positive and their service met my expectations, from initial interaction to when the property was let out by them. The lettings agent I interacted with, Dhruv Sachdev, demonstrated professionalism, reliability and efficiency throughout the process of letting out my house. He and his team kept me informed every step of the way and were always available to answer any questions or concerns I had. They were able to find suitable tenants for my property quickly, which minimised the amount of time my house was vacant. They also handled all the necessary paperwork and legal requirements, making the process stress-free for me. Overall, they provided a high level of service, and I would be happy to recommend them to others looking for a similar service. Above all, their staff were super friendly.

This was our first rental experience and definitely a good one. We spent three years at this home and the letting agents were brilliant. They were always readily available on the phone (never had to wait around for someone to pick up in the office) and always sorted our queries and maintenance issues promptly. We began to know people at the office with a first name basis and everyone has been extremely friendly, professional and kind. We are sad to leave this home and company. Thank you First 4 Lettings!

Honestly living in first 4 lettings as a first year student has made my experience of university terrible and has not made me want to ever again live in shared house accomidation. At first, the company seemed nice and very open but I began to see some red flags but ingnored it because I thought it was normal. The first was allowing landlord being entering our room without informing me before hand for viewings, again this might not seem a big deal but by law despite the tenant not owning the property, the Landlord must first tell the tenant before entering. Second was during the pandemic, that yes I am very responisble for but despite me explicitly saying my room should not be enetered without my consent and that i will come as soon as possible, i was told the day after my room was cleaned. Then when i arrived back items were missing from my room, reported it to the police and they couldn't do anything about- 'too many leads', which I again I am a victim. Finally, the are charging £90 for 6 mattress covers that were removed for the healthy and safety of future tenants because of the pandemic. All I am saying is that be wise with this agency be alert and if you do be wearyNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Value
