GoogleDO NOT USE THIS AGENCY. My friend and I have just finished a tenancy with them and they’re trying to rob us of our deposit! We were the first students to let a 4 bed property after residents had lived there for 4 years. When we moved in the place was an absolute state! Piss in the toilet, half the place was broken and damaged and there was mould and damp in the bathroom and basement. We are currently still disputing with them as they are now blaming US for all the existing problems and they claim we need EVIDENCE to argue this! We took pictures of all the damaged items initially but for things like mould and permanent stains that we didn’t bother with, they are calling us out for them! They claim they use inventory pictures to compare how the property was left but it’s clear NOBODY from their side saw the state of the place before we moved in!!! If you saw the state of the mattress they left me you'd be shocked!
There was also a rat infestation which they tried to blame us for! Saying we left a door open?! After an exterminator came in he realised there was a broken pipe in the garden which was easy access for rodents to enter from!

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Worst letting agency I have dealt with. I’ve just moved out of my studio and they have been trying to scam me of my deposit and actually charge me more for nonsense. On the day of moving in they got the keys mixed up so I was unable to get into the property for a good 45 minutes and kept saying that I was turning it wrong and tried to charge me £40 to get someone to open the door when it was their fault. At the end of my tenancy they tried to charge me £175 for “general cleaning” however when I initially moved in, the microwave was very mouldy inside and so were all the drawers so I had to clean everything myself. They also tried to charge me £75 to get someone to clean the hob when it’s just a studio and would only require one person to clean? As well as this they tried charging me stupid money for pest control for outdoor flies which happened to fly in from outside. Staff are also very unprofessional and rude and will try to charge you for anything. They accused me of breaking the bed and blinds when they’re in the exact same state as I received them in. Also tried charging me £125 for broken drawers when they were already broken from the day that I moved In. Would not recommend at all to anyone. I would advise to stay away. Company is clearly out of money and will try to charge all customers when they can. Cannot emphasise enough to AVOID first4lettings!!!!

My properties are never empty for long and most tenants have been very good. I think the agency that checks tenants out of the property is very variable and that agency has needed to be more thorough on occasion. But generally very good.

GoogleExtremely unprofessional and disappointing Letting Agency, we recently moved into our second year house to find it unclean, unsafe and without the basics we were told we would have. We had trusted this agency to provide us with a service we have paid for since May this year and have been completely let down and disappointed, if you are considering using this agency next year for housing please reconsider your options before signing anything.
Within the last 2 weeks we have been left with an unclean house, covered in dust, cobwebs and grease with multiple leaks and no wifi for our first week living here, costing us even more with data bills. Our utility room has been flooded with water making it completely unusable leaving 4 of us without a washing machine and fridge due to the flood on the floor, and since the agency does not operate on weekends we have no option but to live like this until it is fixed probably not anytime soon considering how long everything has taken.
I wish I could have left a more positive review but due to how we have been treated by this agency and our landlord and the state out house has been left in I do not have anything positive to say about them.
