GoogleRoom is decent but encountered several issues in the 6 days of living here. Little to no response from the team regarding most of these issues. Regretting my decision of moving into a property with them and I am barely a week into my tenancy!

GoogleOverall, my experience as an international student in securing a flat was positive. My assigned adviser, Umara, was fantastic. She was always professional, welcoming, and willing to answer any questions I had. Unfortunately, I had to leave due to unforeseen circumstances, which I know was disappointing and required extra work on her part. However, Umara remained helpful throughout the entire process. If I were to rate Umara's service in the office, it would be five stars. However, I cannot give the same rating due to the maintenance team and issues I encountered at the Lofthouse Place residence. The problems were more numerous than anticipated, and there wasn't a strong sense of urgency in addressing some serious maintenance concerns. If it weren't for Umara's support, my rating would likely be lower.

GoogleBeen to the canvas painting event organized by Ben Dandy. Went to it with my friends and had the best time especially now that its during exams and we needed the atmosphere. They were really nice and welcoming and provided really yummy snacks and drinks. We automatically felt so much better and relaxed. Will definitely be there in the next one :))))

GoogleI have been living in Havana Residence for half a year now, and I'm sure I've had a very pleasant college time here. The reception named Agnes in Havana helped me a lot. She will help me receive my express delivery and keep it properly. And she will also help me to actively contact the maintenance team to deal with my maintenance incidents quickly.
