GoogleBuilding is filthy and minimally maintained Leaks everywhere False fire alarms at 1am that continuously ring for close to an hour Internet provided is unstable Rude and unhelpful helpline You're not going to see your deposit Maintenance staff were friendly, though that's the only positive aspect of renting with YPP. In short avoid at all costs, unless you enjoy being frustrated on a weekly basis.

GoogleI have had a great experience with YPP during my two years tenancy. All the staff members are absolutely professional and helpful. Today Nathan has done an amazing job getting my sofa spotless. He is very professional and respectful. He completed the job so well as well as kindly gave me some useful advice on aftercare. I highly recommend the company and wish all the best to the staff members.

GoogleI have recently signed up with YPP for the academic year 2022/23. The property is great and is pretty much what I’m after. Oliver was very helpful and keen to help. He asked about my priorities in a flat and used that to help find my flat. The whole process of looking for the flat to signing the contract was straightforward and Oliver was always prompt and helpful when it comes to answering any queries I had over email or the phone.
