Even though it wasnβt part of her job, she kindly offered assistance with handling my parcel when I need to be away for urgent matter and I truly appreciated her help. Reasonable price; For the same price, the room is larger; Equipped with safety lock, high safety factor; The surrounding environment of each Ypp house is very good, with beautiful scenery and safe neighborhood environment. The logistics and maintenance service attitude is very good. I discovered the bed bug problem on the first day and reported it to ypp. I waited for 19 days before someone came to deal with it. I was almost bitten to death. I went to the hospital three times because of this and applied an unknown amount of ointment. I hope it will be needed next time. The problem can be responded to more quickly. I think this is a very urgent and serious situation.

GoogleMyself and my partner are incredibly grateful to have had Wes help with the hot water issue at our apartment. We have basically not been having hot water for quite a long time and were tired of having cold showers. When Wes came, he was beyond amazing, he tried his very best to make sure we had hot water for the night and weekend. He took his time to see what the issue really was, and immediately provided us with a temporary solution. On top of this, he then gave us a number that we could message so that he could be updated and know for sure that we had hot water for the weekend. The following week, we did not even need to call for a reminder or anything, Wes came on Wednesday and changed the thermostat I think (not sure what exactly), so that we could have constant hot water. He is the best maintenance guy we have met and weβre incredibly grateful!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality
