My friend advised me to go speak to Elliot Benson and it was the best thing I could have done at the time. Clearly they were racially profiling me! So I would avoid these estate agents!!

GoogleI made an offer on a property and received the worst service I could possibly imagine. I had to chase up the agent Elliot several times, he never called back with an update. After 2 weeks of waiting and little communication I then spoke to the manager Mr Temple, he apologised and we agreed on terms moving forward. He then broke the terms and didn’t stick to his end of the bargain. I then starting to chasing Mr Temple and Elliott, only to be told they were busy. I then withdrew my offer (with the receptionist) and no one called me to discuss the issues. All round terrible service and experience.
