GoogleI have bought and sold a few properties,but I have never felt as relaxed throughout the process as I have with William h Brown . They took care of viewings ,whilst making sure I was kept in the loop , it was comforting to know that no question was considered a silly question . All the staff have been brilliant and so friendly and easy to approach .

GoogleWe are really very pleased with the professionalism of Claire Moore. She works very quickly, is easy to understand, and acts as an intermediary in all the doubts we have had so that everything is easy for us. It is impossible to work better than Claire. A 10 in everything.

GoogleFrom the first initial visit from Ben we have felt at ease and under no pressure at all to sell with them. Out of three estate agents we had, I felt that Ben had an actual interest in marketing our property for us and getting us a sale. We have been kept informed of everything so far in the process. Ben really is a credit to the cross gates branch.

GoogleAppaling service from the start. 12 months and 4 collapsed sales later we are moving to another agent for hopefully a better experience - couldn't be much worse!. Poor or no communication, inconsistent messages, untruthful, incompetent and rude staff. Do not use if you actually want to sell your house.
