I cannot thank William H Brown enough for helping me buy my first property! My experience and expectations with this agency had been exceptional.Being a first time buyer mostly comes with a lot of issues,but I wasn't nervous at all because i knew and felt i was with the right agents.They took time to explain everything to me and helped me navigate through the process without making the mistakes most buyers do. Recently purchased a house through William H Brown Crossgates and also used their mortgage broker service with Georgina. Excellent service from start to finish, Georgina was very friendly, professional and available at any point to contact when I was feeling anxious about the process. Alena was a huge help in trying to get things progressed as the solicitors we had used were rubbish to say the least. Wouldn’t have completed if it wasn’t for them.
