Great customer service when things were right, more importantly great customer service when we had some minor issues. Hannah, Ryan, and Dave have delivered prompt personnel attention. There will always be snagging on a new build, it's how the developer reacts that makes the difference. Strata have been excellent post purchase.

Following on from Peters review no turf at the front of our properties, I have asked Strata about the eta of the turf and they do not know!, they told me to go to complaints which gives them another 30 days, the houses behind have had there turf laid and there is no one in them, we have been here 4 months, please explain!

Was really impressed with the build to start with but the speed at fixing snagging issues is something to be left desired.Unfortunately it has put me off purchasing again from Strata, im constantly told things have been ordered which havent been. Its flat out lying directly to me telling me one thing which isnt true over and over again.

We moved in 31 months ago and have had countless problems with the patio doors. It was finally acknowledged 4 months ago that they needed replacing, and I still haven’t had any update. I have sent 5 emails and multiple phone calls, and eventually was promised by our previous customer services rep that our newly assigned rep would be in touch. This has not happened.
