As a homeowner on the Ackworth estate that’s lived here over 5 years I am appalled that Strata have just up and left without completing the roads and the community centre. The road I live on is a disgrace and not safe.

We know that the roads and community centre at Elegance have taken longer than anticipated and we fully understand and appreciate your frustration. This is not a reflection of the experience we aim to create at Strata . Whilst you might not see physical presence currently on site, we want to assure you that we are working hard in the background to ensure that all the roads are completed to an adoptable standard.We feel it’s really important to clearly communicate the scope of works which are outstanding and the timescales for completion. Therefore, we will be sending a letter over the next two of days confirming outstanding works on the development, which will be followed by a programme that will confirm our expected timescales to complete the work. We will also be offering a residents meeting to discuss and offer the opportunity to ask questions and understand why this remains ongoing. Many thanks,Strata

After care is atrocious from moment of completion of sale they are not interested in fixing or supporting problems.Ive had issues well within warranty period, cracked windows, leaking boilers which flooded house, patio door slipping, missing parts in the bathroom. All of which reported and strata denied any responsibility.

strata are currently building our roads and access has been poor. i understand roads have to be built but i have a large car and it has been impossible to get my car to my house as the space left for us to drive through by the road workers isnt big enough and there simply isnt enough car parking spaces to park on the strata carpark.

I purchased a house from Strata, but what I received did not match what was promised. After waiting a year for them to address the issue, the replacement caused damages to key areas of the house and they refused to take responsibility. I am disgusted at the shamelessness service by Strata.

Absolutely terrible at keeping the grounds within the estate looking tidy, grass not cut for months, then when it is cut its a mess and huge parts are left, pavements haven't been surfaced yet and roads need to be dug up as they haven't laid water/ electricity pipes deep enough, problem after problem
