Belong, Eckington

We moved into our new home on the Belong development at Eckington 3 weeks ago. The move was managed by Sarah who couldn’t have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for her, anything we asked her for she took the trouble to find out and got straight back to us.Really satisfied up to now with our new home.

Abandoned Estate

Shocking ….abandoned the estate in Ackworth and left roads and areas in tatters! Something needs to be done …get back here and finish the job you promised us when we all forked out hundreds of thousands for homes.

We know that the roads and community centre at Elegance have taken longer than anticipated and we fully understand and appreciate your frustration. This is not a reflection of the experience we aim to create at Strata . Whilst you might not see physical presence currently on site, we want to assure you that we are working hard in the background to ensure that all the roads are completed to an adoptable standard.We feel it’s really important to clearly communicate the scope of works which are outstanding and the timescales for completion. Therefore, we will be sending a letter over the next two of days confirming outstanding works on the development, which will be followed by a programme that will confirm our expected timescales to complete the work. We will also be offering a residents meeting to discuss and offer the opportunity to ask questions and understand why this remains ongoing. Many thanks,Strata

Strata Ackworth , still no drivable roads after 8 years , over five years without street lighting was like living in a cave , just received an email with no information as when our estate will be finished.

Anthem, Beverley. We arrived to just have a look and get a feel for the builder. 100% the best service we have had. They let us look around at our own pace and ask questions. They didn’t pressure us like other builders have. A great experience and we will be back in touch .

Jeff the Wizard

Jeff came round to sort out an access issue with our washing machine.Words cannot due him enough justice as he was very helpful and explained in detail how to remove it and install it again.Very happy customer after being slightly frustrated with head office.

Strata gets five stars

Simple, efficient, friendly, helpful, 5 star for everything. The staff I’ve encountered Charlotte (Sales) and Ryan (on-site manager) have been amazing. The construction site staff have been so helpful. No problems at all. What I thought would be a stressful time, has been simple and stress free.The quality of the build is above my expectations. I would recommend the development to anyone.

You're pitching up in someone's garage, using it as an office and they can't move in for nearly five years!!! What an embarrassment you are you broke little peasant. Yes, that is clearly stated in the article. You're still a poncing peasant!

Shoddy practice

Was happy with my home and the fact that Strata put right all the snags pretty quickly. Until my husband noticed when a workman was resealing the base of the shower, there was a load of detritus left underneath by the previous workman. What kind of workman does that?

Great experience

The contractor who attended (David Innes) was very polite, friendly and helpful. Very respectful of the home he was in and left the work areas really clean and tidy after he had finished the work. All work completed to a great standard.

Excellent

Just moved into our new home on the Verve site in Castleford. Very impressed with the customer care from Karen, Sheereen Andy and Ian!! The quality of the build is excellent and they have been helpful throughout the process nothing is too much bother, really impressed with the level of customer service. Would definitely recommend Strata to others.

AVOID - MIS-SELLING!

We were mis-sold and they are now not refunding the primary reservation fee despite emailing to say they would.AVOID Strata as they only tell you what you want to hear and then will not reply to any complaint you make. We are having to take them small claims court just to get a refund they have promised us!
