So far, i have loved all my experiences with Strata. I have dealt with Emily Hudson at the Finesse site and she is amazing! So friendly, helpful and professional. She is an asset to Strata! I also went to meet the lovely Angelica at head office. She was really inspiring and helped me design my beautiful new home. I would highly recommend!

Take your money and then leave the development a mess. No roads surfaced. Parking spaces appearing outside people's homes, broken promises time and time again only to be fobbed off blaming other companies. Our local MP has now had to get involved and raise this in parliament. Beware of this house builder.
We know that the roads and community centre at Elegance have taken longer than anticipated and we fully understand and appreciate your frustration. This is not a reflection of the experience we aim to create at Strata . Whilst you might not see physical presence currently on site, we want to assure you that we are working hard in the background to ensure that all the roads are completed to an adoptable standard. We feel it’s really important to clearly communicate the scope of works which are outstanding and the timescales for completion. A letter has been sent confirming outstanding works on the development, which will be followed by a programme that will confirm our expected timescales to complete the work. We will also be offering a residents meeting to discuss and offer the opportunity to ask questions and understand why this remains ongoing. Many thanks, Strata

Strata. Still have not sorted the roads and pavements out on hu9 Preston Road hull. When will these get done only been waiting years! No lighting in the streets when will this be sorted! Builders parking on public footpaths. Lorry’s damaging public footpaths and roads!!

We have just moved into our new home in Dishforth which we absolutely love. Dealing with Tami the sales lady was brilliant right from the start when we first viewed the house after finding it by accident when we were lost. She has continued to be helpful and supportive throughout the whole move process and still is there if needed. The houses are a high quality build with beautiful fixtures and fittings. Thank you

Strata REALLY don’t care, if you want to spend a fortune and get ghosted then these are the people for you… even their complaints department just pay you lip service!! Never known a company operate so poorly.. Andrew Weaver.. get yourself to the ESTEEM development for a meeting with the residents as we will not tolerate this for another year!

We have attended the opening of the new show homes at the Attraction site in Hull. The event was organised brilliantly. We were made feel welcomed and all the activities held during the viewing of the new show homes - like dry flower arrangements class, or the cooking demonstration were absolutely great idea. The new homes are gorgeous.

Lots of unfinished jobs. I have made several complaints. I get an acknowledgement from Hannah but no further responses. I haven’t been contacted from any contractors and my family has been left freezing no heating or alarm in the middle of winter for a long period of time. There still working in my area and would take them long to come down to help us but there more bothered about making new homes
UPDATE:Hi LorenzaFirstly, I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues.I have spoken to the team and they confirmed the case was reported on 1st December and sent straight to the contractor, who organised a video call to diagnose the issue and would attend in person if they could not support virtually. Your Care Representative was in touch on 4th December to confirm these details and asked you to get in touch if the contractor did not contact you. If the issue still has not been rectified, please contact your Care Representative and they can manage this for you. The alarm fault reported on 23rd November was also sent to the contractor and an appointment to attend and fix should have been booked in this week. If this hasn't already been booked, please let your Care Representative know.If you experience any further issues, please contact the team.ThanksIzzy____________________________________Hello, I'm sorry to hear this.
