I am really happy to let Preston Baker as my property selling agent. The reason it made me happy was it always stands by you. The staffs know what you wish to achieve, and they work hard for it. Unlike other agent as they either stand on buyer's side or do not care at all. My flat failed to sell after 7 months with another agent, which includes nearly 5 months contract exchange work. I had to withdraw it on the "contract exchange date" becuase the agent helped the buyer keep delaying the contract exchange date. It was a long and painful experience. I should give the flat to Preston Baker at the beginning. Sam is the best one i have ever talked. He knows exactly i want to say and what i want to achieve. I don't have to repeat my requests at all. He made my flat sold in two days. Other staffs helped a lot too. The contract exchange time was done in about three months (slightly longer than normally because the buyer side). They created an account for the vendor and you be able to check how many viewing, how many offers, which step the document work has achieved, etc. I got phone calls almost every week about the progress. Apparently Person Baker knew no selling no fee, I was the one to pay their work. I was satisfied with all their highly efficient work. I didn't have to worry about the selling at all. The sold price was higher than the other agent achieved, I was treated with respect. I am extremely happy with this agent. Even our mortgage advisor said Preston Baker was the best agent and well known for their efficiency. I couldn't recommend more about this property agent. I will definitely let it be my agent if I sell my house in the future.

Although the staff we dealt with were lovely, we found our interaction with Preston Baker frustrating. They appeared to be understaffed at every point. We regularly rung up and were unable to get through to anyone, left voice messages and were not called back. After our first viewing of the property we tried to make an appointment for a 2nd viewing and were told there were no available appointments for 10 days....after expressing our dissatisfaction with this a "special" viewing was arranged with one of the valuers a couple of days later. However, the original 2nd viewing appointment (10 days after the first viewing) was not cancelled even though we rung up on the morning of the appointment after receiving a text notification and we received a call at the time of the viewing asking where we were! Negotiations were fine, and the result was that we got the house (which is all that really matters) however we barely heard from Preston Baker after the sale had been agreed, only in the last week when they wanted it completed. The staff we dealt with were lovely, but the experience left us feeling like staff had too much to juggle and as a result were unable to offer a particularly helpful service.

In tough market conditions and with very few properties selling on our street we were unsure how long our house would be on the market and indeed if it would sell at all! After seeing a number estate agents we decided to go with Preston Baker. Gareth clearly talked us through the whole marketing process and he was confident we could achieve a sale at the top end of our asking price. Our house went on the market on Friday and by the following Tuesday we had accepted a good offer - only one day after the For Sale sign went up!Omar dealt with the sale and he was excellent throughout the whole sale process, keeping in contact with us, our buyer, solicitor and our buyers solicitor almost daily to ensure the sale went through. It was not unusual to receive emails from Omar or Gareth in their own time after the office had closed updating us on the days events. When things did become stressful and worrying Gareth was available to chat with at the office even after the normal closing time to offer advice and renew our confidence in the sale.I would not hesitate in instructing Preston Baker again / on a future sale and appreciate all the help and support they have given throughout the sale process.

We hired Preston Baker to handle our house sale as they have an outstanding reputation and we can say without a doubt that they certainly lived up to that reputation.One of the most difficult times in buying and selling a house is the final month when having to deal with solicitors, vendors and purchasers and Terri Burrows from Preston Baker, who was looking after us, definitely came through for us.
