Our house move took over a year, thanks to 2 sets of committed buyers withdrawing for personal reasons. We chose Preston Baker at Oakwood, Leeds because of the single point of contact Gemma Duxbury, who formed a WhatsApp group with us. She was warm, supportive and approachable throughout especially when having to deliver 'bad news', which she always did via a phone call. We had little contact therefore with the office, but Gemma was always responsive when needed. Each of the three times that our house went on market, Gemma and the office had plenty of viewers lined up and we sold quite quickly on each occasion.

Sadly our first buyer’s buyer pulled out therefore our first sale fell through but Julie was incredible and really supported us throughout the second round of viewings.Our eventual sale and purchase was very stressful (due to the bottom of our chain) but Julie went above and beyond on a daily basis chasing the agents, speaking directly to our buyer and updating me regularly.
