We couldn’t fault the service we received. Julien and Marcus were available to answer our many questions, often responding out of standard hours. Throughout the process we felt confident that the sale of our house was in good hands and that everything possible was been done. If we have to sell again we would definitely choose Preston Baker Oakwood, we’d highly recommend!

Bad experience never rang me back despite several calls enquiring about viewing a property. I gave up in the end. This is one estate agent that I will never use or allow family to use if selling a property.

We are selling our house through another estate agent however we are buying through Preston Baker amd there 1 million times better than our current agent they are prompt nothing is too much for them you don't have to chase things there on the ball with everything Racheal dealt with the first part this was then passed to Amelia who will continue the sale. If Racheal wasn't in we dealt with Ethan this company is customer focused and really driven to deliver the best client experience we hope we don't move again but if we did Preston Baker is not a name we would forget and we wouldnt hesitate to use them FANTASTIC SERVICE

I have been communicating with Tony Taylor about properties that I might be interested in. He has been very good and detailed in his selection process and has been forwarding me ideal properties that I can view. I’ve been impressed with his professionalism and the selections that he has made have been very appropriate. I could not recommend this service more. Also, on this particular day, Tony had recommended that I make it to a viewing. I spoke to Arnus, who was very helpful in arranging a viewing for me on the same day. Elle (Ellie), was very helpful and kind in showing me around the property. Great teamwork last week by these three @ Preston Baker. I tip my hat to all three of you. Well done!

I have had 3 letting agencies look after the property I live in currently and another in the property before this one. Preston Baker have been the best out of the 4. As someone who rents it’s not always felt like home due to our landlord not allowing any changes and often completing jobs in the cheapest and not always most efficient or aesthetically pleasing way. Hannah came for a routine inspection and it’s the first time in over 8 years at this property that she made me feel like this was my home and that I had more rights and options as a tenant. (I told her this at the time) she was friendly, polite, kind and honest too and it made such a difference. Inspections can feel intrusive and she made sure it wasn’t. Thanks Hannah.

Elle Pheasey has been my point of contact since my offer was accepted. She has been amazing throughout with regular check ins, sharing updates I didnt always have and swift replies to all enquiries. The purchase itself has been extremley difficult (due to no fault of Elle or Preston Baker) but Elle has always been available to try and resolve any issues as quickly as possible in the best interest of both parties and chase solicitors when required. I would highly recommend and would be more than happy to use Preston Baker for any future sales or purchases :)

Our property purchase was through Preston Baker. The process for numerous reasons ended up being quite complicated and stressful especially with the lead up to the stamp duty holiday cut off but Elle @ Preston Baker made sure everything got across the line in the end. She kept us updated at every stage & was always available for a call to discuss anything. I was very glad to be working with an estate agent as diligent and on the ball as Elle was. If Elle her self wasn't available there was always someone else at Preston Baker to help.

Everything about PB was professional. From the house valuation, to the photos and brochure, the overall viewings and selling of our property was a wonderful experience. Elle took a lot of the pressure off us and worked so hard in supporting us with our sale and purchase. She answered all calls and emails and she really got us the price we wanted for our property. We sold our property relatively quickly and had numerous viewings and plenty of forward booked viewings which we ended up cancelling due to agreeing the offer we wanted. We could not have asked for a better service.Clara was also a great support for days when Elle had a days off and was on the ball with things. I think Oakwood PB are doing a wonderful job in supporting their clients but the rapport between Elle and Clara is clear that there is a lot of support between the both of them and this shows in their hard work.Thank you so much to Elle, we would not have been able to do this without you. You were so lovely to work with on this stressful journey and thank you to everybody at PB who also helped with queries along the way!

I have had my house on the market since September 2020 and at first things didn't go too well. Then Alex Renardson turned up. From the moment she arrived everything changed. She exemplifies all the things I was hoping for from an estate agent service. Alex is realistic, sincere, she does her homework and is well informed, she keeps in touch, turns up on time every time and always does what she says she is going to do. She successfully handled a tricky negotiation and when the first house sale fell through (nothing to do with the agent), inside a month, with no mess and no fuss a new sale was agreed.
