Potentially the worst service I have ever received. After arriving 5 minutes early for our viewing the security let us in the building. Upon waiting 10 minutes we rang our contact Charlotte on her mobile to receive no response, after waiting another 10 minutes we then rang the office to be told Charlotte had left stating her reasoning as we weren't there, she didn't even attempt to call to see where we were. The security guard mentioned she had been showing somebody else round prior to us. Awful service, would not recommend as they have wasted our time and money.NegativeProfessionalism

Would not trust this management is not professional with there real people. Any youth would avoid with all energy due to the lack of truth. With my several plus 10 year's of sale's i understand the tactic used to trap young an up an coming student young person. You will understand. Get with a fear of Scam or thug. Beware.

Avoid parklane, they are rude, unhelpful and do not care about their tenants. My blind broke in the first 3 weeks of moving in and despite me reporting this several times this was only fixed on the last day of the tenancy. Consequently, I had to sleep in a room with no blind which woke me up every morning and majorly disrupted my sleep. Furthermore, we had mice in the house and reported these in around February and it took 3 weeks for anyone to come and when they did, they set up traps and never came back to collect the traps or follow the problem up. As a result, there were still mice in July. The house also had mold and Parklane were nothing but unhelpful at attempting to solve any of these problems. They also charged us an extortionate amount for a deep clean that was not necessary. Moreover, upon losing my key Parklane gave me two incorrect replacements, demonstrating their incompetence and lack of care for their tenants. The staff are nothing but rude and incompetent...avoid Parklane at all costs.

The house was OK, but the company and the landlord were very inflexible. When we tried to renew our contract, they pushed for longer contract (yearly) in a time of uncertainty, not accepting rolling contract as stated by our tenancy agreement and backed up by the Housing Act of 1988. We were disappointed by the fact that they did not provide explanations about why they did not accept a rolling contract even though our tenancy agreement stated that. For this and other issues, they created a lot of psychological stress to us during the COVID pandemic. Overall, we had a very bad experience with Parklane and we would not recommend it.

Avoid Parklane they are horrendous. They offer a room but usually it looks better in the picturea than in real life. The beds are small not double size as they publish. The room are tiny but the price is huge. The doors dont havr a lock and when you ask for it they say you have to do it at your own cost. Its a fraud dont go to parklane it was the worst decition of my life. You will regreat of you do it.

Parklane is definitely a must consider agency if you are looking for a new home. Their properties are very well maintained at high standards. Their staff are very well trained and extremely polite and helpful. I was dreading moving into a new house, but the staff made sure my moving was as swift and comfortable as possible. I made so many requests that have been met with absolute care and respect. Any maintenance required is usually carried out within a short period of time. I recently renewed my contract for the next year and will definitely do so for the one after.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY- misrepresentation and lies prior to and during tenancy. Still providing false information whilst advertising the property for rent. Steer clear if you do not want sub-standard accommodation and service. Constant breaches of Contract throughout tenancy. They and their representatives think it’s fine to enter your property without notice whenever they want to. Half the time they don’t even know who has access to your property. A tent in the middle of an ocean would receive better service than a Park Lane tenant.
