I would 100% recommend Parklane properties. Recently, I had two viewings in one day with Jack, which made it so much easier for me to just view both of them on the same day. Went from one property to the other in the company car so I didn’t have to walk long distances, which i really appreciate. Jack’s services are outstanding, he’s a very polite person and brightened up the day with his fun, yet professional, personality . He did not fail to mention all the aspects of the properties which I needed to know. Especially as an international student who never lived alone, he explained to me how to carry out all the manual tasks in the apartments. The two lovely apartments had great locations, but it didn’t stop there, Jack made sure to message me right afterwards and reassured me that if I was not interested in these, he would recommend me more places to check out and found me several great properties as well. In my opinion, a 10/10 service from them and i’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an accommodation in Leeds :)

Jack did an amazing job at finding me and my group of friends a variety of student houses all of which were really lovely. He went out of his way to make sure that all our difficult criteria were met. He was incredibly helpful and his warm professional personality put me and my friends at ease, He was great at communicating and extremely knowledgeable about each property. He was always early to viewings and went out of his way to help us including giving us lifts to each property as none of us had a car which we were really grateful for .I would definitely recommend Jack and park lane agencies.
