GoogleTaleb was an excellent member of your team, helping my group around two viewings within the hour and going above and beyond to take us to the second viewing, he was also helpful when answering all our questions. Really recommend him he was just able to make the whole experience so much more pleasant

GoogleJack was extremely helpful and friendly with helping to find suitable properties and showing me around. I didn’t end up letting with Parklane so I can’t comment on the rest of the process but I can recommend Jack to anyone looking at properties from Parklane.

GoogleSpoke to Taleb after enquiring about a property, he came back to me after finding a property that would be more suitable to my needs and offered a viewing. Showed all around the house, rooms were nice, bills were explained well and information given to what the next steps were in terms of applying for the property.

Your staff member Jack is a credit to the company he is very accommodating and knowledgable not only about the property's available but the local area and where was best place to live for my interests. GoogleI have been absolutely thrilled with the way in which Laura V helped to not only find the very best accommodation for my son but also went out of her way to make the process seamless. She is an extremely good communicator and highly professional in her approach. She managed to make quite a stressful event (for us) become a pleasurable experience. GoogleMy experience with Parklane Properties has been excellent. I initially moved in to a student accommodation with them and later rented a one-bedroom apartment. Specially, David has been amazing in showing around the apartments and arranging everything.

GoogleWe have lived in a parklane (‘professional’) rented property for over a year, and the cellar has had a significant leak throughout this time, which we have raised with them over and over again. During rainy periods (ie most of the time) we are clearing litres of water from the cellar daily. Every time we ask for this to be dealt with we are told that someone will come that week and look at it. A couple of times a general handy man has come, looked at it and done nothing. The rest of the time nothing has happened - we don’t hear from them, no one comes, and we are ignored. Really appalling service, as unfortunately seems to be standard in the rental market.

GoogleOUTSTANING PAYMENT, IF YOUR A DJ GOING TO WORK HERE, MAKE SURE YOU GET CASH UPFRONT FIRST. There is a culture of fare within this company and within it's staff ', and it is very unhealthy, also I have picked up patterns of behaviour, regarding administrative bullying within the accounts department', Karen Woods especially, when chasing payment which has been outstanding for going two weeks. She has a communication problem, and likes to blame others for her lack of communication skills, she has asked me for invoices at inappropriate times, to meet her deadline which she never comes to, regarding PAYMENT, and she just makes up her own accountancy rules, as she sees fit, which is not a very cognitive way to run an accounts department, while causing social harm, and destroying individuals lively hoods, to suit her own needs. She hanged up the phone on me, when I told her, I have an outstanding invoice which is two weeks old, while trying to indoctrinating me with her manufactured, unprofessionalism excuses, and the lack of communication skills, with no empathy and apology, which can only make her incompetent, and the causation behind social harms towards the young individuals that live and work within this company.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleParklane set us up under a business gas account with a company only doing business accounts at a time we were unable to change providers. We had to pay double the amount we should. Moreover the parklane contract legally states ALL TENANTS ARE LIABLE UNDER PARKLANES CONTRACT TO PAY BILLS. However parklane have ignored ALL MY EMAILS asking them to get the money off the previous tenants and now we are being sent debt letters. Moreover parklane set us up with positive energy for electricity who do not speak English. The whole year parklane told us they will sort this out and then gave us a final bill we paid. However now positive energy are emailing us (months after moving out) saying we are in debt for £900. Parklane are ignoring all emails again. Parklane also refused to give us back our deposit. I emailed refuting this and they told us they had 10 days to respond. Once again they have never emailed us since and not returned our deposit. We will now be taking parklane to court. DO NOT RENT WITH PARKLANE.

This process has taken longer than expected and for that we do apologise. The email from Pozitive Energy stating your energy would be disconnected was sent in error. The company apologised & advised you on the same day to disregard this email. The energy broker received your bills last week and we have now forwarded them to you. GoogleThis is the worst company I have ever rented with. All emails are ignored over long periods of time. Serious issues are promised to be dealt with and they are ignored. Upon moving in Parklane signed us up with an energy company that has a one star rating, then promised to take over trying to get in touch with them. This is because we had tried for months and we’re unsuccessful due to nobody speaking English there or being able to communicate with us. As we were told it would be sorted, we discontinued trying to get in touch with the energy company. We have now been billed a huge bill and have been sent a letter saying our power supply will be cut off. Do not rent with Parklane properties unless you want a life full of stress and to be in debt!
