Gave a lot of details about the properties, answering the questions I had beforehand, before actually asking them, cheers David

Jack did a really great viewing experience for us. Took us to multiple houses and was very knowledgeable about houses we would like. Very happy with the house we have chosen. Made us feel comfortable off the bat, which made the day feel better. Thank you x

Had the pleasure of dealing with Katie, although ultimately I did not end up moving forward with the properties I was shown. The professionalism demonstrated by Katie should be recognized, she is a true credit to the parklane team.

Parklane Properties (in particular Liam) have been very helpful; they quickly respond to any problems that occur in in the property that I'm renting from them. The flats in The Triangle are modern, safe and in a good location in terms of the city centre and universities. I'd highly recommend The Triangle to students.

As a first-year student, the house-hunting process was very daunting at first. However, Andy was really accommodating and helpful when advising us and showing us around available properties, and Parklane Properties in general has made the process so much easier. Would recommend!

Jack did a great job of finding us a house, the first one we asked to see wasn’t to our liking but he came back with a great recommendation that we loved. Friendly and not pushy at all.

I used Parklane Properties for finding student accomodation(moving out for the first time) and Adele did an excellent job in helping me and my girlfriend through the moving process and making it a breeze to get everything set up. Any issues were promptly responded to and tended to within a good amount of time depending on the issue's urgency. The property itself was well kept and cleaned before moving into it, and the process of removing items from the apartment was very easy and stress-free. Would recommend!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
