GoogleReally professional, friendly staff all the way through the renting process from first viewings and throughout the tenancy, make a real effort to get to know you! Great range of top quality properties and any problems that arise are easily reported to the maintenance service, which deal with them pretty efficiently. I was in need of a property for next year too and did not hesitate going with Parklane again!

Whenever we have had any issues, they have always been addressed and sorted very quickly & Maisie's communication with us has been great! Such a relief after hearing so many horror stories about letting agencies but Parklane have been great!

GooglePark Lane have been one of the worse estate agents I have come across. They are truly apathetic. We were broken into and they wouldn’t fix the locks after, mischarged rent, the estate agents would come in uninvited and show the place without our permission - they just don’t care. Also they wrongfully kept our deposits (which they are FAMOUS for doing).

GoogleAbsolutely brilliant customer service from the agents at Parklane Properties. This is partly to do with why I have held a tendency with them for 2 years. They also host a great range of competitions; £1 rent, selfie sign. (Sore subject with my house mates ahha! :-)) I would 100% recommend these to any student looking for great accommodation at a fare price!

GoogleI've been in a parklane property since October and I've already signed for a second year. The service I've experienced has been excellent, from Adele at the headingley branch. With all the issues brought on by covid they've been very accommodating with issues and still prompt with repairs.

Maisie in particular has been extremely helpful and quick in responding and resolving any maintenance issues that come up. GoogleAbsolutely loved the 2 years I spent living in the Embankment! Samantha Lyness helped with any issues we had, which ranged from switching our mattress when we first moved in, to replacing the extractor hood when it broke. We have experienced no issues receiving our full deposit back following the end of our tenancy! :)
