GoogleMartin&Co was very responsive and helpful until we signed a contract to rent. From that day, everything became more challenging. When the tenancy came to an end, we were presented with a disturbingly unfair report of the condition of the flat. Currently collating information and evidence for a legal action against the company.

GoogleShady estate agent-very mistrustful from the get go, not nice to work with. Made me miss out on a flat I really loved, played a game even though he said directly that he wouldn't. As a potential buyer I will be avoiding this company in future due to this particular unprofessional agent. Very disappointed in Martin & Co

I was attended by Michael who quickly understood the type of property I needed and was efficient in showing me the properties which might have met my needs, as a result I decided on a property swiftly. Bailey prepared the contract and other paperwork for me, she was very polite and made everything as clear as possible to me.
