GoogleReally unprofessional letting agency. We found a flat that we quite liked in August and put an offer in through a guy called Umair to rent the property. However after chasing it up on several occasions we were completely ignored and Umair didn’t even have the decency to get back in touch and let us know. I’d avoid this place and go with Morgan’s opposite for a slightly better service.

I cannot fault any of the staff, I have dealt with. Being an overseas buyer, they made it such a stress free deal, and continue to do the same now, as they manage it for me. Every little thing is dealt with at speed, and the communication is fantastic. I have bought many properties over the years, I just wish they could have been with Martin & co. I know my next will be. There has barely been any void period in the entire time, the tenants they have found have been first rate, and I have been very happy with the standard of service I have received over this entire time. Awesome…there is no other word for it. This company have looked after my BTL for some years now and the property manager is the best in the business. The property needed some updating to get it back to its former glory and M&Co just took over and sorted it all out. Brilliant job as always.
