TrustpilotAvoid this people - Poorly managed property
I trusted Martin and Co with my flat, but after one year I really regret it. My flat has been managed poorly, especially during the check out at the end of the tenancy when no one checked the status of the flat but said everything was all right (when there were damages, flat was dirty and so on). Basically I lost money.Their answer was "sorry we were on Holidays".Nice...so why I am paying for your service??? (They are expensive but I hoped this meant quality....it didn't they are just expensive) Communication is poor as they often don't even bother to answer email when they are not asking for money (I had the feeling that I was overcharged for a lot of works in the flat , like 65 pounds for "loose cables" and similar). A deposit dispute has gone bad, probably they didn't put too much effort in that...obviously...it's not their property... Just stay away from this people.......

I had a really great experience of renewing my contract. I was worried about the cost of living crisis, not having a payrise in years, and was worrying about possible rent increases. I was able to negotiate a small rent rise and secure a 24 month contract and I couldn't be happier. Such a relief. Martin and co were so easy to deal with. Thank you.
