GoogleI've been privately renting in Leeds for the last 10 years, moved frequently and used several local agents. LetsLiveLeeds are the best by far. The service and staff are always great. They treat tenants fairly and have frequently gone to impressive lengths to help me.

View AgentsUnnecessary fees, poor care & attention to properties & tenants
They have a lot of affordable housing but they're certainly not the best condition places. Not much care & attention was given to the property I lived in; I learned how to fix the boiler myself as it would break almost weekly. The gas was once shut off without warning and not fixed for days, I had to ring the agents as I was not notified. Luckily I could stay with my girlfriend nearby. I had to replace bathroom locks and most lightbulbs when I moved in. They seem to find lots of opportunities to charge you unnecessary fees - my contract contained a Β£50 'moving out fee' which, when I challenged it, I was told was not a cleaning fee, nor a deposit deduction for damage etc but merely a charge for moving out - how ridiculous! I

GoogleI had a viewing this morning for a room in a property with Lucy. She was very helpful and lovely. She very happily accommodated my request for a whatsapp video-call viewing as I was not currently in the city. The tour of the house was very clear and informative and Lucy answered all the questions I had regarding commuting, nearby shops etc.

GoogleWas previously living in a property manged by Lets Live Leeds, they are lovely people but take a while for things to get fixed and you have to chase up queries constantly to get things done. Also you have to pay Β£60 Leaving fee.

If you would like to rent a room with us again I would be happy to offer you Zero fees in entrance and exiting any of our properties as we have now changed out company policy on this and are no longer charging tenants application or exit fee's. GoogleWas easy to book a viewing, once I had filled out an application the process was very quick. I was aided my Olivia, who was very helpful and informative, aswell as managing to move my tenancy start date in order to fit in with my new job! Very satisfied.

GoogleI viewed a property with Lucy on Friday, that I have subsequently put an application in for. The process was all very smooth and quick. Within a week of enquiry, I had organised the viewing. Lucy met me there punctually and showed me around. She was remarkably friendly, professional thorough and informed. It was truly a pleasure.
