GoogleDamp mould meant the kitchen was unsafe to use, and then proceeded to put heaters in it which made being in the kitchen impossible. Took forever to sort any issues we had and still had the audacity to charge me a checkout fee. Nice house and location but wouldn't recommend them as a landlord.

GoogleI am in the process of signing a new lease with LLL and wanted to make some minor changes to the tenancy agreement, however I got a standard we can not make changes response and there was no reassurance to my concerns regarding those amendments. Very poor customer service!
