GoogleHad a viewing with Lucy today, she was absolutely amazing. She was so helpful and answered any questions I had, as it was my first time looking at houses she made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. She is a real asset to the Lets Live Leeds team. The rooms I looked at were exactly like the images online and no 2 houses were the same. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone :)

GoogleAt one of the most difficult and stressful times of my life, I found the perfect rental for myself and my children to move into. Fiona and Chloe have been nothing but helpful and kind to me throughout the process. Whenever I have had a query or a problem they have always been very responsive and keen to assist me. I am so happy with our new home and feel safe in their hands. Coming from a mortgage home this is very important to me.

GoogleWithin less than a week of starting a property search and communicating with the team, I have enquired, viewed and signed up for a room in a professional house share. I cannot stress enough how approachable, knowledgeable and efficient the team are when dealing with any query that is thrown there way. Credit to Chloe where it’s due for handling Face Time viewings in the current covid climate with professionalism and also Fiona for her fast email responses to ensure the referencing process went as smooth as possible. GoogleFrom the start finding a room with LLL was easy, friendly staff very helpful in trying to find a place to suit my need. When moved in the property communication was excellent, any maintenance issues handled quickly and professionally. After a very easy breezy check out my deposit was promptly paid back to me also. All in all a solid 10/10 experience, fast forward 6 months after moving out back to Birmingham a parcel was mistakenly delivered to my old address in Leeds. I chatted to Aamira and she was super helpful, recovered my parcel and actually held it for me until I could make it back up to Leeds. I've dealt with alot of agency over the years moving about for work and I couldn't recommend them any higher easily one of the best experiences I've had. Thank you!
